Campaigns broken in 2009.2 ???

Hello

Sent a campaign 23.25 hours ago. Still no confirmation email.

Satistics showing that only about 30% of the total has been sent. I have only recieved 1 of my 5 test accounts. Status is still showing "Scheduled to execute on 27/10/2009 10:00 AM"

Anyone else having difficulties with campaigns? (apart from the normal problems...)
