Marketing/Email Settings

Hi

We have only been using NS since Aug 2009, and have only just got around to looking at the marketing side of it. So I just have a few questions that I was hoping to get some answers for.

1. How do we change our email signature in Netsuite emails, so it's more like that one that comes from our normal email (HTML format)?

2. How do I edit the marketing opt-in message? We need for this to be different, depending on what type of customer it is being sent to. e.g. Reseller Vs End-user

3. Opting In - can we have several campaigns that the contact can chose if they want to opt-in. e.g Opt in for a newsletter, but opt-out of product updates?
