Understanding campaign reports
I have been running an email campaign every day for about a month. Every day I get an email "Campaign Email Successfully Sent". In the body it says" n copies of your email were successfully sent. Then it lists the names of the people who were sent the email.
When I run the Marketing Campaign Report, it will show me a column "Messages Sent" for each day of the campaign.
However, the number from the report and the number from the notification email are almost always different.
Which one is right? Either? Both wrong? I cannot do any reporting if I cannot trust the statistics.
