Emailing All the Contacts for a Campaign

We are trying to do a campaign where we send the email to all the contacts in a customer record instead of only being able to send it to the primary contact.

But I need to get the group in a large swath through search, no looking up every customer and then figuring out a way add that email address to the list that would just take far too long.

Anyone else ever had this problem?  Am I missing a setting someplace?  Any thoughts, tip, ideas would be greatly appreciated.
