Campaign ROI Analysis
Hi,
I am confused with the cost of tracking of campaigns.
So NetSuite has a Base Cost that adds to the Events, and Email Susblists to calculate the Total Cost of the campaign.
So, I created a campaign if Keywords, and I add daily as an EVENT, the daily cost of the campaign or monthly.
So the cost of each event adds to the total cost of the campaign which is great.
Now, when I go to the Campaign ROI Analysis report, when I filter by dates, the TOTAL COST ALWAYS stays the same, and that is wrong.
Because I have a total cost for March, a total cost for a week, etc I want to see my ROI per date filters, not always the total cost, and the revenue doesn't change either per time frame.
