Out of 9400 emails to send, only 350 were sent
Trying to figure out what went wrong...
We had a list of 9400 emails to be sent a Christmas offer. However, when the campaign was launched, only about 350 emails were actually sent.
DKIM was not enabled and the email campaign wasn't set up yet, but according to NetSuite user guide, you can send up to 10,000 emails before needing either.
Anyone have an idea?
