Marketing Campaign

I just started using Marketing Campaigns (email) - for statistics, 2 I launched today show #sent 0 and #opened 19 and 9 respectively.  Obviously there were # sent - the first about 400 and the second about 250.

I there an experienced someone willing to have a 10 minute phone call with me about Marketing Campaigns? or a few emails back and forth?
