Unsubscribe Rates??

Looking for some information on Unsubscribe rates.  If the product your are campaigning has a higher unsubscribe rate -

Is there a threshold for a % of unsubscribers? 

Does anyone know where I might be able to find information regarding Spam vs Unsubscribe experience and what tolerances NetSuite has or does not have.
