Understanding Campaign Statistics tab...
Hi,
we sent email campaigns in monthly bases...I would just understand numbers listed in statistics tab in campaign record and percentage for each column...
to specify things, I have the following questions:
1. Is # sent should be the same number as group result attached to the campaign (taking in consideration global subscription field and inactive field values...)?
2. # opened, is it a section from # sent (i.e. does # sent include # opened)?
3. # Clicked through, is it a section from # sent and # opened (i.e. does # sent include # opened & does # sent include # clicked thought)?
4. same questions for # responded & # unsubscribed...
5. Does # sent include # bounced emails or bounced email determined as not sent?!!!
