Images are not showing up when do Bulk Merge

Hello,
      I have an email template, when i am sending an email to individual customer on record then email is looking good with images on receiver end, but if i do a bulk mail merge with the same template - on receiver end, image are not showing up. Not sure what happened, am i missing anything. All images are available with out login and we never had this problem before. Any ideas what is happening.
