Small Campaign - Long Time To Send?
So we just did our first Email Marketing Campaign inside Netsuite. I had a Saved Search of Contact we wanted to send to, that had about 575 people. 2 minutes after the campaign was supposed to execute, I received an email stating that "427 copies of the message were sent". So, I started to dig deeper. I noticed that many of the people in the saved search had the same email address. OK, those don't count as Netsuite will only send ONCE to each email address.
However, it has not been almost 3 hours, and according to the Campaign Statistics, only 91 were Sent. So does this mean that 427 messages were "created" and it is really going to take 14+ hours to send 427 messages?
