Direct Mail Campaigns - not logging on customer records
Hi,
We have currently done our first logged Direct Mail campaign. We have set up a campaign for this to be logged under, then under the direct mail field we have selected our groups and send these.
What we are now finding however, that unlike when we do an Email campaign - it’s not logged on the customer record that they were part of this campaign and thus makes it hard to report.
Is this a mistake on our part or does anyone know how best to report/gather the data via a search?
Any help is appreciated.
