Reporting on non-responsive customers

Hello,

I am trying to create a report/search which will give me a list of customers that have received marketing email blasts, but have not clicked/opened any over the past XX days or months. 

Anyone have any suggestion on how to do this?  I tried using "Response Detail" as a filter, but it didn't work.
