Opt Outs among multiple data sources
We have most of our customer base in NetSuite. So anything we send out of NetSuite, the opt outs process automatically. However, we have some leads that are being emailed by third party systems or vendors. When those leads contact us to opt out, what is the best way to reflect that in NetSuite where they do not currently exist. The trouble is, they may be created or come in to NetSuite from another lead source and while they may have previously opted out on a third party run communication, NetSuite isnt aware of it. So far my only option
