Email Campaign - Majority Stuck in Queued Status
I executed an email campaign to a list of a little over 800 email addresses almost 2 days ago. About 700 messages are stuck in queued status as confirmed by creating a Campaign search (see below for steps used).
I submitted a case with NetSuite and it seems like they are essentially telling me that the messages are stuck in queued status due to external factors and I basically just have to wait for them to send.
Anyone else experience this and is 2+ days to send an email typical / reasonable performance? How long did it take for the queued emails to finally send?
