Campaign - Send Transaction Detail / Cart products

Hello,
Is it possible to send in a campaign a transaction detail? or Is it possible to send in a campaign the cart detail?
For example. We would like to send and track the response to customer who have items in the cart and do not finish the checkout.
Another use is to send a sales order over a campaign to those customer who fit some criteria.

I know I can send an email with a workflow and a saved search to do the same. The problem is that I don't have the email tracking. This is only available with campaigns.
