Emails Remaining Queued

Hi there,
After sending out our first email campaign in NetSuite we are noticing that a lot of our response details are remaining Queued. I have read the steps on SuiteAnswers but am not finding the reason as to why this is happening. We sent out a campaign last week from NetSuite and out of our 10,000 records 7,000 sent. This week only 3,000 seemed to send and the remaining records are still "Queued" Why would this be happening?
