Unsubscribe link not appearing?

Since 2015.2 when we do a marketing campaign the subscribe link is missing. Is there a way to add the link manually because we have had to add a line asking people to reply withthe subject set to "Unsubscribe" so that we can unsubscribe them manually. This is not very satisfactory as it is quote labour intensive.

We are using the new script-able templates.
