Two DKIM for two different websites

Hello all,

I am wanting to send out marketing campaigns from two different brands, one for NZ www.example.co.nz and one for AU www.example.com.au.  I have set up a DKIM for the .com.au domain.

Can I do it?
How do I do it?
Do I need to do it?

Is the other option setting up a one off domain like example-example.com that is only used for the DKIM and the emails sends?
