Segmenting contacts who opened, but did not click through to URL.
Hi,
My goal is to set up a search that returns all users in a specific email campaign event who did not click through.
My search criteria are:
Campaign Event : is Example Event
Campaign Response : Response : Is not Clicked Through
I’ve also tried:
Campaign Event : is Example Event
(Response : is Opened [and]
Response : is not Clicked Through)
They are both returning entries for contacts who have clicked through in the event. But they are being returned because of other actions in the campaign (sent, opened, etc…)
In both cases, the search will return multiple line items for each response associated with a contact in the event, making my “is not Clicked Through” criteria obsolete.
