Email Address for Sending TO a Netsuite Record
Hi all,
I know that it is possible to send an email to a custom record in Netsuite because if I send an email FROM a custom record it is saved in the Mail Merge tab.
So for instance, sending a test email from a custom record to myself, the from address was messages.XXXXXXX.1303325.bcaa420872@messages.netsuite.com (with the X's being my account number). This is for record id 6954. Is there any way to determine that email address without having to send one to myself first? I'd really like to have a "This Record's Email Address" field that gets populated as a record is created. Then, when we get an email from a client regarding that record, we simply look the record up, copy the NS address and forward the email and it's now saved in NS.
