Creating a Saved Search for Contact Marketing Campaigns
Hi there,
Our Target Groups are created from contact searches. When I go to create a saved search to view the campaign response details how do I create a filter to reflect the sales reps for each contact?
In my target group I have the filter Customer Field = Sales Rep. In the saved search I have added the Originating Sales Rep filter but no data is showing up when I click on a given sales rep. I am assuming this is because I have created contact groups and the sales rep isn't registering when I am trying to create the saved search because a sales rep is a customer field and not a contact field.
