NetAnswers Knowledge Base being merged into Online Help (NetSuite Help Center)
Hello Everyone,
The NetSuite Technical Publications team and Knowledge Base Manager have met and determined that the best way to present our online technical documentation is in one system (imagine that!).
In order to effect this change, we have taken the NetAnswers Knowledge Base offline. In the future, solutions from NetAnswers will be included in the online help (NetSuite Help Center).
What does this mean to you, the user?
• No more duplicate search results to wade through.
• Even better, no more search results that seem the same but have slightly different content to wade through!
• All Help Center search results will contain the most up-to-date content.
