The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

UK VAT - Documentation now available

The NetSuite Tax Engine allows the change in VAT rate to be made without any software updates, but a few simple configuration changes are required in your NetSuite account.

In order to guide you through this process we have provided step-by-step instructions that are now available on the UK customer login page.
This also covers customers that have VAT registered subsidiaries in the UK. For more information please visit:

As part of our commitment to help everybody with this transition, NetSuite  will host a free training session on Friday, 28 November.
