Customer Support Phone Menu / IVR
On July 3rd, NetSuite Support will be expanding our Customer Support Phone Menu / IVR Options to include a greater number of sub selections under our primary menu options when phoning NetSuite Customer Support. Our Contact Support Online form will include these options in the very near future. This new and expanded system will align you with the right subject matter expert.
The need for NetSuite Support to expand our menu options has arisen as the NetSuite Support organization has grown with more support specialists which results in us having a broader set of skills and with the growth of the overall NetSuite application.
