Service Interruption on April 27th 2010
THE FACTS
• On April 27th 2010, there were two service disruptions (one at 16:07 EST and 16:40 EST) in total impacting system availability for less than 1 hour. The first impacted approx. 70% of users for 33 minutes. The second impacted approx. 95% of users for 17 minutes.
• Including these disruptions, our uptime remains at a remarkable 99.98% for the past 12 months and at 99.91% for this month
• Our automated monitoring detected the disruption and we were already working on it before customers became aware there was an issue, with resolution occurring as soon as possible
• As happens in these rare cases where we experience a service disruption, the situation was communicated to our customers via
