Changes to Support IVR
NetSuite Flash: Based on our customer demand and feedback, we are pleased to introduce the following refinements to our Support Queues.
Option 8 for "CSV Import" has been added to the Support Telephone IVR. This change will provide easy access to Technical Support Representatives that are trained on the CSV Import process and are well versed on the specific set of data that is being imported. Their functional knowledge allows them to better assist customers with their questions on specific record types and fields being imported as CSV files.
Instead of selecting Option 7 (Administration) for assistance on CSV Import, kindly select Option 8.
