Netsuite Flash - Unexpected Error while processing payroll today, Dec 17, 2010
We received reports of unexpected error while calculating taxes / processing payroll today. Defect 191178 which was set to severity S1 has been created to allow our Engineers to work on this. In the meantime, please make use of the workaround below to continue with your payroll process:
1. Go to Setup > Payroll > Update Payroll Information. Tick the Agree box. Hit the Commit Updates button.
2. You will notice the new BACK UP withholding taxes in the To Resolve tab.
3. Click on each item record link and select the Agency (Customers can select IRS).
4. Save.
5. Again, go to Setup > Payroll > Update Payroll Information. Tick the Agree box. Hit the Commit Updates button.
