SuiteAnswers Downtime Notification - Friday, August 5, 2010
On August 5, 2011, between 11PM PDT and the next 2 hours after that, SuiteAnswers will be unavailable for about 10 minutes due to scheduled maintenance activities.
During this period, you will be unable to access SuiteAnswers and submit online cases via this portal. If you need to contact Customer Support for urgent concerns during the downtime, you may contact your main Support number/s (for Platinum/Gold Support) or dial NetSuite Customer Service (1-877-638-7848).
