The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

New Country Specific Tax reports
During SuiteWorld 2011, we announced the release of 12 new country specific GST/VAT reports. If you have any operations,and are tax registered in any of these countries, then you should install the NetSuite bundle (available for free) and take advantage. Here are the countries now supported by the Bundle:
EMEA: Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
Asia Pacific:New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand
The tax reports are available in the local language as well as English. Admin users of your account can install the bundle from the NetSuite Repository (Setup>Customization>Install Bundle). if you have already installed the bundle (previousl ID 8375, now 14864), then a simple Update to the bundle is all that is required.
