In observance of Public Holidays and Oracle Mandatory Year-End break, our NetSuite Support Guru Team will be offline on December 25 to 29 and January 1, 2024.
The NetSuite Support Community site will be up and running on the dates mentioned above, and you may continue to post your questions and discussions. Our NetSuite Support Gurus will respond to unanswered questions posted during the holiday break once we resume normal operations on January 2, 2024.

NetSuite Support will be in a Department Wide Meeting on August 3rd.
Wednesday August 3rd, between the hours of 11:30am and 2:30pm Eastern Time NetSuite; Support will be attending a Department Wide Meeting. We will be able to address emergency cases and calls only during this time.
All other cases and calls will be responded to upon our return. Once again, NetSuite Support will have limited staff between 11:30am and 2:30pm Eastern Time which is 8:30am to 11:30am Pacific Time.
