Service Interruption announcement regarding Tuesday Nov. 15th
A component of NetSuite's infrastructure unexpectedly switched to a mode with diminished throughput capacity. This resulted in degraded service delivery and page response times. The disruption was detected by our monitoring and on call Engineers immediately responded to resolve the situation. Service was primarily operational within an hour and all customer operations were repaired within 90 minutes.
The cause of this episode is understood and involved an infrastructure component from one of our vendors. NetSuite remains committed to delivering extremely high uptime and availability of its service and has worked with our vendor to apply changes which will prevent any future recurrence of this issue.
