NetSuite Support is moving to a new Phone System
[FONT=Calibri][COLOR=#002060][FONT=Calibri]We are excited to share the news that NetSuite Support is transitioning to a new phone system and the tentative Go Live date is July 3rd 2012.
Our goal for this move is to ensure call quality, voice clarity and eliminate lag time – making easier for our customers to communicate with us. We are in the final stages of our testing to ensure the launch will be seamless for all our customers and a contingency plan is also in place. We will continue to monitor to avoid any issues.
