System upgrade for SuiteAnswer at 9pm EST

SuiteAnswers portal will undergo a system update tonight on 9:00pmEST and the process is approximately 30 minutes in duration. During this time, keyword searches may not work properly.

All other processes, e.g. online case submission, should not be affected.
