UPS System Maintenance 10/22/11 and 10/23/11
UPS Applications will be switching over to the secondary data center during the weekend of October 22, 2011 – October 23, 2011 due to database maintenance. The switchover process will take approximately 15 minutes to switch over to the secondary data center at 22:00 EST US Saturday (10/22/11) and approximately 15 minutes to switch back to the primary data center around 03:00 a.m. EST US Sunday (10/23/11).
During these two 15 minute periods, some UPS systems will be unavailable.
NetSuite users relying on UPS services (shipping, real-time rates, tracking) will be impacted. This interruption affects all third parties connecting to these services and is not specific to NetSuite.
