To all valued NetSuite customers,


SuiteAnswers portal will undergo a system update tonight, May 25, at 10:00PM EST and the process is expected to last for 90 minutes. During this time, keyword searches may not work properly. All other processes, e.g. online case submission, should not be affected.


All processes within the SuiteAnswers portal should be up again after this update.
