Planed Maintenance on some Sandbox Accounts

An Upgrade to Your NetSuite Sandbox Service
  
This maintenance applies to sandboxes accessed from the system.sandbox.netsuite.com domain that have not been refreshed since January 11, 2018. We have identified some accounts that have at least one sandbox that meet the criteria for this maintenance.

The planned maintenance is required so that we can upgrade the Oracle database software in your sandbox. The maintenance window will start Friday, May 4, 2018 at 18:00 (6:00 pm) PDT and end by Monday, May 7, 2018 at 09:00 (9:00 am) PDT. You will not be able to access your sandbox during this extended maintenance window, so please plan accordingly.

If you request a refresh on your sandbox after you receive this message and before May 4, 2018, the date for your Oracle database maintenance will change. If this occurs, we will send you another message to inform you of the new maintenance date.
