Important:

You must establish a process for informing your employees about the appropriate use of SuiteSocial, consequences of the inappropriate use of the tool, administrator access to information on SuiteSocial, and ways for users to opt out of SuiteSocial. If customer access to SuiteSocial is enabled, you must also inform them about the appropriate and inappropriate use of the tool.
