Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Upcoming End of Support for Transaction Locking SuiteApp
| Upcoming End of Support for Transaction Locking SuiteApp |
| This message is intended for customers using the Transaction Locking SuiteApp (Bundle ID # 8791), which will no longer be supported starting April 2019. The Transaction Locking SuiteApp locked transactions by hiding the Edit and Delete buttons in certain types of transactions for Australia, Brazil, Denmark, Germany, Israel, Sweden, Switzerland, and Czech Republic subsidiaries. This prevented users from making changes to the transactions, thereby ensuring that these transactions have complete audit trail and gapless numbering. The SuiteApp was limited to specific countries and restricted to certain types of transactions. The Transaction Locking SuiteApp will no longer be supported to make way for a feature with more flexibility and scope. This feature, the GL Impact Locking, lets you lock the GL impact of a transaction to the general ledger so that it cannot be changed when the transaction is edited or deleted. Furthermore, the feature is not restricted to certain countries and types of transactions. When GL Impact Locking is enabled and used, changes with GL impact will still have an audit trail and gapless numbering. |
