Reminder: Access to Sandbox Accounts on Sandbox Domain Ends on February 28, 2019 |
Our monitoring tools indicate that some accounts have not yet refreshed their sandbox account(s) on Sandbox domain. This is a reminder that you need to move your sandbox account to the NetSuite domain by initiating a sandbox refresh. Benefits of moving to the NetSuite domain include an improved user experience and zero downtime while your sandbox is refreshing in the background. Please note if you do not refresh your sandbox account, you will lose access to it on February 28, 2019. Required Actions [LIST=1] [*]Inform your users that this sandbox change is coming. Explain to your users that, after the change takes effect, they will access the sandbox account from the same URL as the production account.
