Some accounts may be affected by a change targeted for NetSuite 2019.1 A new permission is required to create projects from sales transactions.        
What is Changing?Recommended Action
A new permission, Create Projects from Sales Transactions, is required to create projects from sales transactions. Roles with this new permission can create projects from sales transactions using templates without requiring the individual permissions for each project element. Previously, no specific permission was available for generating projects from sales transactions. The individual permissions for each project element were required.You must review any standard and custom roles that need the ability to create projects from sales transactions. Add the Create Projects from Sales Transactions permission to any role you want to be able to create projects in bulk.
