| This notice is to inform you of the release date and the enhancements that will be included in the next update of the Resource Allocation Chart/Grid SuiteApp. Production accounts running the current version of the Resource Allocation Chart/Grid SuiteApp will automatically be upgraded in April 2019. Target Release Dates April 10, 2019 – Release to all Production Accounts Enhancements Resource Allocation Chart/Grid version 19.1 will include the following enhancements: [LIST] [*]Time-off Integration – You can now see employees with approved Time-off in Resource Allocation Chart/Grid. Time-off is identified by a small triangle at the lower right side of the cell. The icon is visible on the resource level in Daily and Weekly views when viewing allocations by Resource. You can see the icon in both the Chart and Grid views. [/LIST] You can see the time-off details when you hover your cursor on the time-off icon. A popup warning is displayed when you enter an allocation for the resource on their time-off days. The same warning is shown when you reassign |
