Escalation Rule for Custom Field with Dynamic Default
I need to make a Case Field Escalation rule that fires on a custom CRM field with a dynamic default (simple formula). The formula in the field works great, but the Escalation Rule doesn't fire on it.
Now for the catch 22: If I set the custom field to Store Value, the escalation rule works fine. But if I set the custom field to Store Value, the formula on that field never updates.
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
