Leads through Suitetalk not getting assigned territories

Leads through Suitetalk not getting assigned territories

We have 2 different ways to get leads from our website into NetSuite.

Using the NetSuite forms the leads get created, run through the sales rules and then get assigned a territory.  That works great!

However, we also have custom forms that use SuiteTalk to generate a lead.  Those leads for some reason don't run through the sales rules and get assigned a territory.

Even if I try to mass update them they don't get assigned a territory.

Any ideas???
