Convert Lead Feature

Hi there,
Ever since the last update that included the new Convert Lead Feature, we have had to do our lead routing manually.

The problem is that we have two types of customers- Indiviuals AND Companies.  We get many more Individual leads than Companies.

In the past our online customer form for companies was set as such. Now it has to be set as INDIVIDUAL and we have to convert every single one.  So the sales rep automatic notification is not automatically going out as it once did.

We literally get 100s of individual leads each week and fewer companies-- but since they are all set as individual we have to run a report every day to single them out and then copy and paste the contact details and send to the corresponding sales rep.
