Rule on name field not working

Hi,

we have created a SFA rule based on lead's name for all test leads arriving to the system. Basically the rule criteria is:  name contains test. This SFA rule is used in the sales territory with first priority and is not working.

Have someone the same problem? Is this an issue that need a support case?
