html codes in Solution Management

Hope someone can help me out with this swtich between HTML source code view and Formatted Text view.


When I set up a solution in Support Management, I type all of the abstract and description as Formatted Text.

Then, after I saved the solution and view the solution, all of the contents I typed show up with html tags.

Even though there is a link below the content that allow me to view the HTML page in a pop up window, I think reading all of the content with HTML tags make me read HTML tags only.


Can someone help me go around with this?
