Sales Rep Assignment to SFA Territories
Hi, we have many SFA rules and Territories to assign incoming leads to sales rep.
The sales rep normally change between teams or have to many leads to work and don't need more assignments during the month. Any time this happens, the manager needs to remove the sales rep from the SFA territory.
We are looking for a way to automate this process based on the qty of leads assigned to a sales rep during month or weeks. Is This posible?
Probably this is a question for netsuite guys.
