Did something change in 2010.1 release for territories?
We have all our customers, prospects and leads assigned a sales rep by the category they fall under (custom field). So anyone that enters a new customer, prospect or lead would select a category for them and the sales rep for the category selected would automatically be assigned to the record.
I noticed after the upgrade to 2010.1 when I enter a new customer, prospect or lead, it is putting myself as the sales rep on all the ones that I create even when I select the category that is assigned to a specific sales rep. Is there something that needs to be changed on the rules and territories that is new with the release of the upgrade? Right now, I have to go remove myself as the sales rep and select the sales rep instead of the system doing it automatically as it was before.
