Lead routing

I set up some rules and terittories to route Leads from Telesales agents to Field Sales Rep, however I have them as 4 separates rules in the sales territories and want them to be grouped as followed...

Rule1 = (Revenue over £xxxx OR Volume over yyy) AND created by Telesales agent

Rules2 = Lead Source is telesales referral.


Please could anyone assist if you have any idea of what the solution might be.
